About Us
Elizabeth F. Bailey - Principal
Elizabeth F. "Beth" Bailey has been licensed to practice law in South Carolina for more than twenty years as a commercial litigation attorney, specializing in contract actions, product liability, financial services, commercial lease agreements, construction, and employment law. She's drafted and negotiated employment agreements, bylaws, and policies. Her passion, however, has been non profit work, and has served on numerous boards in roles including nominating committee, Director of strategic planning, and President. She has also served as general counsel for a restaurant group and a non profit, and has planned and facilitated national conferences.
James J. Bailey, Jr. - Principal
James J. "Jimmy" Bailey, Jr. has led some of the most successful community associations in the United States, including the Daniel Island Community Association and the Kiawah Island Community Association. He's a results oriented executive with a track record of leading and building exceptional culture within complex organizations, including those governed by boards of directors. His 25+ year career includes responsibility for strategic planning, developing and managing budgets in excess of $20 Million, and leading teams of more than 100 people. Operational strengths include banking and finance, communications, client service, and project management within a multiple location footprint. Jimmy is passionate about developing others by setting expectations, communicating clearly, motivating, and leading by example. He believes strongly in the notion that hospitality is a business strategy, and his teams have consistently exceeded expectations. He's also served in leadership for professional, civic, and charitable organizations. Bookending his career are two successful stints in the banking business, from 1998 - 2005 and 2021 - Present.
